Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of GLARE Studio (the “Service”) to create, approve, and publish content. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you act for an organization or client, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

2. What the Service does
The Service helps creators and businesses prepare original visual media and videos, including with AI-assisted tools, preview and approve the result, and publish a selected video to a connected social network account.
The Service is not a social network and does not control TikTok, Google, or YouTube rules. Feature availability depends on the relevant platform’s technical limitations, decisions, and policies.
3. Accounts and social network connections
You are responsible for safeguarding access to your Service account and for actions taken after you sign in. Notify us if you discover unauthorized access.
You may connect only a social network account that you are authorized to manage. Authorization uses the platform’s official OAuth screen. We do not ask for your TikTok or Google password. You grant only the permissions shown on the consent screen and may revoke access.
Disconnecting a network in the dashboard stops use of the stored access and deletes the corresponding encrypted record. You can also revoke access in the platform’s settings; after an external revocation, disconnect in our dashboard or contact us to delete the local connection record.
4. Approval of every shot and publication
Before publication, the customer reviews and approves every shot and the final video. Publication occurs only after the user selects a specific video, network, and settings and separately confirms the publication.
AI-assisted tools may alter the appearance, details, and properties of depicted objects. We do not promise that generated details will exactly match a real product. The safeguard for meeting your expectations is your prior approval of every shot and the final video. If the result does not meet the brief, do not approve publication; request a correction instead.
5. Publishing settings and your responsibilities
Before uploading, check the title, description, visibility, available comments and other interaction settings, commercial content and music disclosures, and AI-generated or altered content disclosure. Some settings may be unavailable because of creator, account, or platform restrictions.
A platform may limit publishing modes until it completes its app review. For example, TikTok may permit “Only You” posts only. The Service displays the mode actually available and does not promise public posting until the platform permits it.
You confirm that:
- you have the rights and permissions for source media, music, text, trademarks, depictions of people, and other elements of the video;
- your commercial content, advertising partnership, and AI-generated or altered content disclosures are accurate;
- the publication complies with law, third-party rights, the selected platform’s rules, and the terms of any advertising partnership; and
- you will not use the Service to mislead, send mass spam, evade platform restrictions, or publish prohibited content.
We may refuse to process or publish media where we have grounds to believe it is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, or violates platform rules.
6. YouTube API Services terms
The YouTube upload feature uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service. Information about Google’s data processing is available in the Google Privacy Policy.
You select the visibility of each upload from the available options: public, unlisted, or private. Do not rely on an assumed default; check the selected value before confirming.
You can revoke the Service’s access through your Google security settings. Deleting or editing an uploaded video is a separate action on YouTube and does not occur automatically when you disconnect the network.
7. TikTok rules
Publishing to TikTok must comply with the applicable TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are responsible for your right to use music and for accurate commercial content disclosure. Where the platform requires confirmation of music usage or compliance with branded content policies, that confirmation is requested before publishing.
The platform may take time to process a video. Acceptance of a file does not always mean publication is complete; rely on the final status and the result in your account.
8. Content and rights
You or the relevant rights holders retain rights to your source media. You give us a limited permission to store, transform, and transmit media only to fulfil the order, display the result, publish at your instruction, provide support, and maintain security.
You may use the paid result in your projects subject to law, third-party rights, and the terms of the tools and platforms used. We do not guarantee exclusivity or registrability of copyright or related rights in an AI-assisted result.
9. Paid services
If paid services are ordered, their scope, price, and payment procedure are shown before payment or stated in a separate agreement. These Terms do not override mandatory consumer rights or the terms of a separate agreement.
10. Service availability and publishing outcome
We aim to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or the absence of delays. A platform may reject a publication, limit distribution, or remove content under its own rules. We do not guarantee views, revenue, monetization, advertising performance, or approval of an app by a platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, liability is determined under applicable law and the relevant agreement.
11. Ending use
You may stop using the Service, disconnect social networks, and request deletion by emailing bur.sveta23@gmail.com. We may suspend access for breach of these Terms, a security threat, or a legal requirement, explaining the reason where notice is permitted and feasible.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms when the Service or legal requirements change. This page contains the current version and its date. Material changes will be communicated additionally where required by law.
Russian law governs these Terms. Disputes should first be addressed through negotiation and, if unresolved, through the procedure provided by applicable law. Mandatory rights under the law of the user’s place of residence are not limited where a waiver is not permitted.
